While I provide actionable roadmaps designed to improve your workflow, I do not guarantee specific financial results, business growth, or sales increases. Your success depends on your implementation, market conditions, and your own business decisions.
To deliver your audit on your selected date, I require your completed Intake Questionnaire at least 48 hours in advance. If the questionnaire is not received by this time, your delivery date may be rescheduled to the next available opening in my calendar. No refunds are provided for delays caused by incomplete intake information.

Due to the digital and custom nature of the Business Ecosystem Audit, all sales are final once the audit process has begun. If you need to cancel or reschedule your delivery date or strategy session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed strategy sessions without notice may be subject to a rebooking fee.
I grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the Audit Report and Roadmap for your own internal business growth. However, the proprietary ‘Business Ecosystem Audit’ frameworks, templates, and video content remain my intellectual property and may not be resold, shared publicly, or redistributed without my written consent.
